Day 4, Week 2

Yesterday I did my 4th day (the first day of Week 2) of push up training. Sandy joined me and did a fine job. I have to tell you, I DID NOT feel like doing my set. I was tired, it was the end of the day, and I REALLY, REALLY felt like sitting there on the sofa and watch TV till it was time for bed. BUT, I got up, swung my arms around, warmed up and got busy.

One good motivator for me was YOU GUYS! I could not bring myself to have to write that I bailed out on doing my set because I simply didn't feel like it. On my last set, I pushed myself hard and felt good about it! Cooled down and felt better about myself before going to bed.

My next day of training is on Wedneday, the day we drive out towards Yosemite. Not sure when I'll find the time to squeeze in my training, but I'm going to have to ... otherwise I know I'll about it from you!

I didn't feel like doing my set today either. I was really tired and had a head ache. But I remembered hearing that exercise makes you feel better, especially if you are tired/sick, because through exercising your body produces these hormones (I think) which make you feel better. Kinda like eating chocolate. Only healthier :)
